Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all bookings and use of Studio 18 Content Studio (“Studio 18”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking and/or using the Studio, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payment
All Automotive bookings need to be enquire
All bookings must be made via our website, email, or direct communication.
Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise arranged.
Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
No shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the booking will forfeit the full fee.

2. Studio Use
You are responsible for setting up and packing down within your booked time.
Studio access is limited to your reserved time slot. Additional time may incur extra fees.
Please leave the studio clean and tidy. A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left in poor condition. Furniture and props must be handled with care and returned to their original place.

3. Equipment and Props
All included equipment (lighting, backdrops, props) is for in-studio use only.
Any damage to studio equipment or property will be the responsibility of the Client. Replacement or repair costs may apply. Please wear socks on white wall floor. When using props please pick the prop up and don’t drag. Please do not stand on the curve of white wall.

4. Conduct & Safety
The Client is responsible for the behavior and safety of all persons in attendance during the booking.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Studio 18 reserves the right to refuse entry or end a session if there is inappropriate or unsafe conduct, with no refund provided.

5. Content Rights & Privacy
Studio 18 may occasionally capture behind-the-scenes content for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please advise us before your session.
All content created in the studio is owned by the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability
Studio 18 is not liable for any personal injuries, lost or stolen items, or damages incurred during your session.
You agree to use the studio and equipment at your own risk.

7. Commercial Use
If you are using the space for commercial projects (e.g., client shoots, product photography), you must ensure you have the appropriate licenses and permissions.
Studio 18 takes no responsibility for copyright infringement or legal issues arising from content created in our space.

8. Amendments
Studio 18 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and apply to all future bookings.
